We offer the option of interest free payment plans on all our services. The cost can be spread over 12 months.
Standard Wills
Updates to Wills come at no extra cost when you are signed up for the storage and amendments service.
Will Trusts
We offer a variety of Will based Trusts. These include Discretionary Trusts, Flexible Life Interest Trusts, Life Interest Trusts, Vulnerable Person Trusts, Business Property Relief Trusts.
We will discuss in our meeting whether any of these trusts would be appropriate for your circumstances. Including these trusts would add between £200-£400 to the cost of your Wills.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
There are two types of LPAs. There is a health and welfare LPA and a property and financial affairs LPA. The first type allows your attorney to make decisions regarding health and treatment etc. and the second is to make decisions regarding your business.
Our service includes preparing the documents, arranging the signing, submitting them for registration and monitoring them through the process. Once registered, the LPAs will be sent to you for storage. Alternatively, you will be able to store the documents in our storage facilities if you are signed up for the storage and amendments service.
Property and Financial AND Health and Welfare LPAs
Please note a registration fee of £82 per LPA is required. For those on means-tested benefits or on a low income there may be exemptions or reductions available.
Storage and amendments service
This includes secure storage of your documents, Will updates and amendments and Will registration on the National Will register.
